No JIRA_BASE_URL / JIRA_API_TOKEN is set, so release tags come from whatever was last cached here plus the always-available "qa-testing" fallback for ad-hoc SDET runs. Once the Jira API token lands, "Sync now" will pull real fix versions from each board.
